Based on two adults sharing one double room. Bed type is subject to availability. The Paris Superior room is approximately 18 m². Check-in starts at 15:00; early check-in is not guaranteed. Photo identification and an incidental deposit or card may be required.

Local city taxes are payable at the hotels: currently quoted at EUR 8.45 per adult per night in Paris and EUR 3.48 in Nice, subject to change.

Emirates Economy Saver includes 25 kg checked baggage per adult on each international flight. Air France Standard includes one checked piece per adult; the supplier does not state its weight. Air France normally allows 23 kg for an Economy checked piece; the exact ticket allowance must be reconfirmed before booking. Airline change and cancellation conditions apply.

Paris hotel cancellation is free through 12 January 2027; cancellation from 13–16 January incurs AED 1,017.71 and from 17 January is non-refundable. Nice hotel cancellation is free through 16 January and non-refundable from 17 January. Exact deadlines, time zones and service-specific tour, transfer and airline conditions must be confirmed before booking; the package is not wholly refundable.

Private airport transfer pickup times and terminal meeting instructions must be confirmed with the operator. Airport arrival waiting is limited to 60 minutes. Allow ample traffic and check-in time, particularly for the Paris airport journey, estimated at 90 minutes. Two ordinary suitcases are accommodated; oversized luggage requires advance confirmation.

The Louvre tour starts at 10:00 on 20 January at the Louis XIV equestrian statue outside the Louvre pyramid. Arrive at least 10 minutes early and bring ID. This semi-private option is not wheelchair accessible, requires moderate walking and excludes hotel pickup. Large bags are not permitted; guests must leave the museum with the guide when the tour finishes. Security queues and exceptional museum closures may affect the visit.

The Eze, Monaco and Monte-Carlo tour starts at 09:00 on 23 January. Nice hotel pickup is between 08:15 and 09:00, with the precise time to be confirmed. Carry valid ID and wear suitable shoes for slopes and steps. Food, drinks and palace/casino admission are excluded.

Visas, travel insurance, local transport to Paris activity meeting points, meals other than breakfast, personal expenses, Eiffel Tower admission and Seine cruise tickets are excluded. Optional sightseeing is not reserved. All services remain subject to availability and reconfirmation before booking.
