ITINERARY

8 February: Direct Emirates EK167 from Dubai 08:25 to Helsinki 13:55. Private premium airport transfer to four-star Scandic Grand Marina. Two nights in a Twin Room with two twin beds and breakfast.

9 February: A relaxed free day to explore Helsinki at your own pace.

10 February: Private hotel-to-airport transfer at 08:00. Finnair AY551 from Helsinki 11:25 to Rovaniemi 12:45, followed by a private airport transfer to four-star Scandic Pohjanhovi. Four nights in a Standard Room (Family Four), with two twin beds and one bunk bed, including breakfast.

11 February: Santa Claus Village with Reindeer and Husky Ride at 08:00 for two adults, approximately four to five hours, with pickup included. Ride lengths and sled or wheeled format depend on snow and operating conditions.

12 February: Northern Lights tour at 20:00 for two adults with heated transport, warm overalls and boots, hot drinks and photography. Allow four to six hours or longer depending on the route and conditions.

13 February: A free day for a relaxed start after the evening excursion.

14 February: Early private transfer from Scandic Pohjanhovi at 05:36 for Finnair AY560, Rovaniemi 08:45 to Helsinki 10:05. Continue on Emirates EK168 from Helsinki 15:45 to Dubai 00:20 on 15 February.

CONDITIONS

Emirates includes 25 kg checked baggage per person; Finnair Economy Classic includes 23 kg. Airline-specific cabin baggage and fare change/cancellation rules apply. The international and domestic flights are separate tickets. Through-checked baggage and protected connections are not guaranteed; allow for baggage collection and recheck at Helsinki. The return connection is five hours and forty minutes.

Scandic Grand Marina is quoted with free cancellation subject to its supplier deadline. The selected Scandic Pohjanhovi rate is non-refundable. Activity cancellation is subject to each operator’s deadline. All services remain subject to availability and final supplier terms at booking.

Airport arrival pickup instructions and meeting points are supplied by the transfer operator. Helsinki arrival permits up to 75 minutes waiting and Rovaniemi arrival up to 60 minutes; departure cars allow 15 minutes waiting. Vehicles accommodate up to three suitcases. Early hotel check-in is not guaranteed. A takeaway breakfast for the early departure is subject to hotel availability and is not guaranteed.

Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings are not guaranteed. The operator’s advertised photographic guarantee applies only under its own published tour refund terms, not to the whole holiday or to naked-eye visibility. Transport from the hotel to the Northern Lights meeting point is not included unless expressly confirmed by the operator. Exact activity pickup and meeting instructions are provided before travel.

Winter weather may change or cancel outdoor activities. Snowman World, additional rides, ski services, meals other than stated breakfasts, visas, insurance, local taxes, hotel deposits, personal expenses and services not specifically listed are excluded.
