CONDITIONS

Based on two adults sharing one double room. Traveller names, ages, passport and entry requirements must be checked before booking; the selected Sagrada Familia and Park Guell fares apply to adults under 65. Services and prices remain subject to availability and reconfirmation.

Flights: Emirates Economy Saver, direct Dubai–Barcelona and Madrid–Dubai, with 25 kg checked baggage per person on each flight. Return arrival in Dubai is 28 January 2027. Final airline ticket conditions govern changes and cancellation.

Rail: Barcelona-Sants–Madrid Atocha on 24 January, scheduled 11:00–14:17, AVE Comfort Semi Flex. Renfe allows up to three carried items with a combined maximum of 25 kg per traveller; this includes hand luggage. Passengers handle their own bags. Seat assignments are confirmed at ticketing. The selected rail fare is 70% refundable before departure and non-refundable afterwards; changes are subject to the issued fare and handling restrictions.

Hotels: breakfast included. H10 Cubik cancellation is free through 16 January; 17–18 January incurs AED1,000.48, and from 19 January is non-refundable. NH Collection Palacio de Tepa cancellation is free through 18 January and non-refundable from 19 January. Exact cut-off times and supplier terms must be confirmed before booking. Barcelona tourist tax is payable locally unless the final voucher states otherwise; the property currently displays EUR9.24 per person per night, subject to change. Incidental deposits and personal extras are payable locally. Early check-in is not guaranteed.

Activities: Sagrada Familia English tour on 21 January at 15:05; Park Guell English tour on 22 January at 11:00; Prado English tour on 25 January at 11:00. Reach each confirmed meeting point 10–15 minutes early with the voucher and required identification. Security checks still apply. Sagrada Familia requires appropriate dress and excludes tower access. Park Guell involves outdoor walking and excludes entry inside the Gaudi House Museum. Tours are shared; hotel-to-tour transport, tips and unlisted admissions are excluded. Service-specific cancellation deadlines must be confirmed before booking.

Transfers: four private transfers cover Barcelona airport–H10 Cubik, H10 Cubik–Barcelona-Sants, Madrid Atocha–Palacio de Tepa and Palacio de Tepa–Madrid airport. Each selected vehicle accommodates up to three passengers and three suitcases; oversized luggage must be agreed in advance. Barcelona airport and Atocha arrival services show 60 minutes maximum waiting time. The Madrid airport departure currently shows 11:19 on 27 January with 15 minutes waiting; other pickup times and all meeting instructions require confirmation. Allow suitable station and airport check-in buffers.

Visas, travel insurance, meals other than breakfast, tourist taxes payable locally, personal expenses and services not listed in the itinerary are excluded. No rental car is included.
