Quoted for two adults sharing one double or twin room. Coimbra tour pricing applies to adults aged 18–64; other ages require repricing. Availability and prices must be reconfirmed before booking. Passport, visa and travel insurance requirements are the traveller’s responsibility.

Emirates flights include 25 kg checked baggage per person on each international leg. Private intercity Sedan journeys have flexible schedules; exact hotel pickup/drop-off addresses, departure times and luggage dimensions/capacity must be confirmed with the provider before booking. Extra or oversized baggage may require a larger vehicle and a supplement. No self-drive rental is included. Airport cars permit up to three suitcases per vehicle; pickup times require confirmation. Arrange the final airport transfer to allow the airline’s required international check-in time. Arrival airport waiting allowance is 60 minutes, subject to voucher instructions.

Hotel check-in is normally from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00; early check-in is not guaranteed. Bedding preferences remain subject to availability. Lisbon first stay: free cancellation through 5 January; AED760.10 penalty from 6–16 January; non-refundable from 17 January. Lisbon final stay: free cancellation through 13 January; AED760.10 penalty from 14–16 January; non-refundable from 17 January. Coimbra hotel: free cancellation through 16 January, then non-refundable. Porto hotel: free cancellation through 14 January, then non-refundable. Supplier time zones and exact deadlines apply. Flight, car and activity changes/cancellation follow their own confirmed fare rules; the package is not wholly refundable. Coimbra University activity is non-refundable.

Sintra meets in front of Hard Rock Cafe; hotel pickup, meals, drinks and gratuities are excluded. Pena Palace and Park tickets are included in the selected option; Quinta da Regaleira is not included. English guidance is offered but must be reconfirmed on the voucher; the tour may operate bilingually. Moderate walking is required, and luggage/strollers are not accepted on the excursion vehicle. Coimbra University meets at Dom Dinis Square; the library permits a short timed visit and no interior photography. Porto tour meets at the Portuguese Centre of Photography, Largo Amor de Perdição, 15 minutes before departure. Lello admission, cruise and cable car are included in the selected option; weather, maintenance or minimum participant requirements may alter operations. Walking tours involve slopes, steps and uneven paving; accessibility must be checked before booking. Transfers to activity meeting points, unlisted meals, personal expenses and optional visits are excluded.

Local tourist taxes may be collected by hotels unless expressly included on the final voucher: currently Lisbon EUR4 per adult/night, Coimbra EUR2 per adult/night and Porto EUR3 per adult/night, subject to local limits and change. Confirm Lisbon tax inclusion with the selected room voucher to avoid duplicate payment. Hotel incidental deposits and optional services are payable locally.
