1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using Hejozat.com, you acknowledge that you: accept these Terms & Conditions, are legally capable of entering a binding agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws and travel requirements. Hejozat.com may update these Terms anytime, with changes effective once posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Booking Process

All bookings depend on availability and final confirmation by the service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.). Prices and availability may change between search and payment; such changes are beyond our control. A booking is confirmed only after full payment and issuance of a confirmation email by Hejozat.com.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are in AED unless otherwise noted. Full payment must be made at booking through our secure online gateway. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Hejozat.com does not store card details; all transactions are encrypted with industry-standard security.

4. Booking Confirmation & Travel Documents

After successful payment, you will receive an email with booking reference and travel documents (e-tickets, hotel vouchers, etc.). Ensure your email and contact details are correct. If you do not receive documents within 24 hours, contact our 24/7 support team.

5. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

All requests must be submitted in writing to support@hejozat.com. Each service provider applies its own policies, which govern your booking. “Non-refundable” bookings are not eligible for refunds. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, minus applicable fees or supplier penalties. Hejozat.com will assist but final decisions lie with the provider.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate details, including passenger names per passport; ensure passports, visas, health certificates, and other documents meet destination requirements; comply with airline, hotel, and local regulations. Hejozat.com is not responsible for costs or disruptions due to incorrect information, incomplete documents, or failure to meet entry/exit rules.

7. Limitations of Liability

Hejozat.com acts only as an intermediary connecting users with airlines, hotels, and suppliers. We do not own or control services. Hejozat.com is not liable for: flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or schedule changes; hotel quality, availability, or standards; force majeure such as natural disasters, unrest, pandemics, or government actions. Our team will make reasonable efforts to support you with the provider.

8. Trust, Transparency & Brand Protection

We are committed to a booking process that is transparent (no hidden fees), secure (encrypted transactions and data protection), and reliable (UAE-registered company with 24/7 support). Our reputation is built on trust. While some issues may be outside our control (e.g., airline disruptions, visa rejections, supplier delays), we pledge to handle all cases with honesty, empathy, and professionalism.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UAE law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
